Thomas R. Planz of Watervliet passed away unexpectedly October 31st,2023. He was 54. Beloved son of the late Robert and Linda Yerkes- Planz.

"Tommy" will be remembered as a talented contractor who enjoyed working on various projects and was proud of his independent employment. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan Tom will be missed by his many friends whom he enjoyed watching the games with. He was an outdoors man and had a special gift in listening to those around him and an ability to ask the questions no one else wanted to. Tom loved his beer and Tequila and will be remembered by those around him as the life of the party. In remembering Tom, we will always remember his kindness and likability.

Cherished father of Bobbie Elizabeth Planz. Loving brother of Deborah (Gerald) Lutz. Also survived by his nephew Andrew (Krystle) Planz and Amy (Bobby) Planz - Broderick.
