Nicole Hauser

Hauser, Nicole C. Troy, Nicole C. Hauser, 38, died Tuesday August 27, 2013 following a brief illness surrounded by family and friends. Cherished wife of Jeffrey E. Hauser. August 28, 2013 would have been their 14th wedding anniversary. She was born in Troy and is the daughter of Patricia Snover of Ballston Spa and Theodore Shufelt Sr. of Florida. Nicole was the loving mother of Austin, Emily, Jacob and Abigail Hauser of Stillwater. A devoted mother, she loved spending time with her children and participating in their many activities. Nicole was dedicated to her career as an RN and helped many with her gentle hands and caring heart. During her illness she was an example of strength and determination. Nicole is also survived by her sister Kelly Shufelt of Stillwater and her brother Theodore (Linda) Shufelt Jr. of Gansevoort. Loving daughter-in-law of Thomas and Karen Hauser. Sister-in-law of Michael (Lori) Hauser and Gregory Hauser. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and many special friends also survive. Family and friends may call today, Thursday August 29, 2013, from 5-7p.m. at the Trinity Church of Watervliet, 1336 First Avenue, Watervliet, New York. The Funeral Mass will be on Friday August 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Trinity Church of Watervliet. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in the memory of Nicole C. Hauser. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Konicek & Collett Funeral Home, LLC 1855 12th Avenue, Watervliet, New York.
