Lenita M. Zindle of West Sand Lake died in St. Peter's Hospital peacefully on February 14th 2025. Born in Saratoga she was the daughter of the late Walter Sr. and Hattie Kent Beagle.
Leni was an avid coffee drinker and enjoyed people watching while she drank her morning cup. A talented painter Leni could be found crafting and painting in which she was persistent and devoted much of her time too. In true Leni fashion she put others before herself in her volunteering efforts with the Hope 7 Food Pantry and in her free time could be found in the senior center enjoying her friendship or enjoying her time at home with her family. Leni touched the lives of many people and made life just a little better for all of them.
Leni is survived by her children Lisa Schenmeyer, Sandy Eberline, Jeffrey (Jessica) Zindle, Grandchildren; William (Melissa) Schenmeyer JR, Jessica Volks, and Heatherlyn (Bobby) Snay. Additionally, Leni is survived by her siblings: George (Sue) Roods, Emily Martin Linda Clark, Leigh Mckenzie, Laura Wing, Lucie Perkins, Lona (Rick) Cole, and Walter (Adeline)Beagle. Also left to mourn Lenita's loss, her canine companion Charlie, whom she cared and loved so deeply.
Family and friends are invited and may visit with Leni's family in the Salem United Methodist Church, 349 Shaver Road, West Sand Lake from 9-11am on Saturday February 22nd, 2025 with a funeral service immediately following the visitation in the church. Interment will be held privately by the family in the spring.
