Joan S. Davis Troy – Joan S. Davis passed away at home on December 29, 2020. Daughter of the late Frances Pangburn and loving wife of the late Edward Davis. Devoted mother of Patricia (Jason Blackwood) Keefer, Tiffany M. Ravena, Eugene Keefer and mother-in-law of Toshua Mazal. Joan is also survived by her grandchildren, Destany, Tamesia, Zachary, Gavin, Jordan, Aidan, Lisanne, Izzabell, Alze, Carmella, Aura, Vincent, Edward; siblings, Herbert (Dawn) Mitchell, Frank (Anne) Mitchell and Jennelle (Patrick) Riley. Joan is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Joan is predeceased by her son Thomas Mazal and a grandson Christopher. Family and friends may visit with Joan’s family on Wednesday, 4-6pm at the Konicek & Collett Funeral Home, LLC 12th Avenue, Watervliet.
