Carol A. Vogel Vogel, Carol A. - Watervliet - Carol A. Vogel, 60, died April 27, 2016. Daughter of Mary Connors Vogel and the late Henry R. Vogel. Wife of the late Herbert Clark. In addition to her mother she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Maura and David Nichols of Albany. Grandmother of Adam Nichols. Carol is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Christine and James Bulmer and her nephew Christian Bulmer all of Watervliet. All services will be private.
